Chrishell Stause wants to cat fight with Lindsay Hartley; Plus Daytimers talk Gay Bullying!

Chrishell Stause

Look out Lindsay Hartley: Chrishell Stause is ready for a cat fight!

Lindsay Hartley’s days as Ari on Days of Our Lives are numbered, but come December, she’ll have a whole new cast of drama on her hands. Hartley has signed on to play Cara Finn on All My Children and Chrishell Stause (Amanda) told TVDeeva things could get ugly.

“Cara’s Jake’s ex-wife, who I know nothing about,” Stause sets up. “He came to town divorced and never really talked about her. He watched her leave with another man and never heard from her again. You’re going to find out that was her brother she walked away with and if she’d said anything, they were going to attack her family. It is going to cause some drama when Jake finally realizes, after all this time, that she’s been protecting him.”

Stause wasn’t yet sure how the return will play out, but things have been smooth for Amanda and Jake of late, so  she’s hoping for a bumpy ride.

“This is a good shake up and I love cat fights,” Stause said. “I don’t know how scrappy they’ll make Amanda, but I’m hoping she brings her claws out and we get some good scenes like that, because that’s always so much fun to play.  Bring it on!”

Stause hasn’t met her new potential foil, but is all too familiar with Hartley’s cat fighting skills.

“My very first job ever, I was an extra on Passions for one day and it was a  scene where her now husband (Justin Hartley) and another guy were fighting over her,” Stause recalled. “I was slow dancing in the background, so technically I haven’t met her, but I have shared spaced with her.”

Jordi Vilasuso’s shows up on the scene first, but TVDeeva didn’t get any did on how that character figures into things.

Daytime says: Stop the Bullying!

Soapy cat fights are good fun, but real life bullying is another thing. TVDeeva got this fabulous dish from Strause back when the stars were out to support The World Goes ‘Round Benefit on October 8. AMC‘s Jamie Luner, (Liza) Natalie Hall (Colby) and Bobbie Eakes (Krystal) and General Hospital‘s Brandon Barash (Johnny) and Bradford Anderson (Spinelli) put on a fantastic show to raise money, support and awareness for The L.A Gay & Lesbian Center and their costars were there in force.

With yet another gay teen suicide in the news today, TVDeeva decided to share some of what daytimers had to say on the topic. Check out what Natalie Hall,  Stause, Lexi Ainsworth (Kristina, GH), Christina Bennett Lind (Bianca, AMC), Lisa LoCicero (Olivia, GH) and Dominic Zamprogna (Dante, GH) had to say here.
